This is an album called Tongue in Cheek by Dizzie Rascal. It is a CD cover.
This has a simple background with a light colour blue with big bold fonts with a bright red and pink text. The text has a stroke of black and a fill of simple colour It makes it looks like a bubble gum theme .  The text takes up most of the space on the cover and Dizzie himself as a photograph in black and white sitting on drawn rock, in a cartoon style. The overall feel of the work is light and fun.
